Currently, we deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany.

Shipping for Private Customers

Free standard shipping within Sweden for private individuals placing orders over 400 kronor per order. Free shipping does not apply to Postnord Parcel business parcels. For all other orders, we charge 69 kronor for standard post parcels or Postnord Parcel business parcels (99 kronor).

When you shop as a private individual, we use Postnord MyPack. All shipments are sent to pickup locations as parcels and notified via SMS. This delivery option typically reaches you within 1-5 business days. You can track your parcel using your tracking number. This will be included in the email notifying you that your order has been shipped, and you can then follow your parcel's progress via the link in the email or at www.servicepointinrikes.se (Track your parcel by entering your tracking number).

Note! When you place an order, you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery details are provided and that you can provide identification to pick up your parcel. After we have shipped the parcel, we are unable to change the delivery address or the name on the parcel. Since notifications are sent via SMS, it is important that you provide a mobile number that can receive SMS messages.

We do not send partial shipments—we will dispatch the entire order once all products are in stock, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping for Business Customers

Postnord Parcel (delivery before 17:00) Door-to-door direct delivery. 79.2 kronor excluding VAT. Postnord Parcel does not send delivery notifications, so someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Businesses and organizations will have their orders delivered directly to their door, provided that you provide a street address and any relevant access code. The business name must be clearly listed on the delivery address so that Postnord can complete the delivery.

Unclaimed Goods

For ordered shipments that are not picked up from our pickup partners, we reserve the right to charge all costs incurred in connection with the return. This fee currently amounts to 300 SEK including VAT. This charge covers the costs of the processing fee, return shipping, and handling. Payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, reminder fees, default interest, and any collection costs will apply. If you change your mind after the parcel has been shipped from us, you must pick up the parcel at your designated pickup location and return it to us. If the parcel is not picked up, it will be automatically registered as unclaimed and we will subsequently charge this fee.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for in-stock products are 1-5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 (weekdays) will normally be shipped the same day.

Delivery Delays

Although we do our utmost to deliver ordered items within the promised timeframe, issues can sometimes occur. If we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, we will contact you to explain the reason for the delay and inform you of a new estimated delivery time. You will then have the right to cancel your purchase without charge if the delivery time was of essential importance to you. This also applies to special custom orders.
