  1. Mät upp 3 liter ljummet vatten (Max 36 °C) och häll i ett rent kärl.
  2. Tillsätt 1 matsked (15 ml) av BIOpH+ Medical foot bath och placera fötterna direkt i badet.
  3. Bada fötterna cirka 20 minuter och torka därefter med ren handduk.
  4. Vid behandling av fotsvamp, upprepa varje dag under sju dagar. Därefter varannan dag i ytterligare två veckor.

Fotbadets verkan startar när granulatet kommer i kontakt med vatten vilket gör att det är viktigt att placera fötterna i badet direkt när granulatet tillsatts.

För att bibehålla och/eller förbättra fothälsan, gör ett fotbad ett par gånger i veckan.

Varningar och försiktigheter
- Skall förvaras oåtkomligt för barn, i rumstemperatur och ej tillsammans eller i närheten av brandfarliga produkter.
- Användning av gravida och ammande kvinnor har ej testats. Därav kan produkten ej rekommenderas för denna grupp.
- Skall ej användas på öppna sår, undvik kontakt med ögon, kan orsaka irritation. Om produkten kommer i kontakt med ögon, skölj noggrant med ljummet vatten i minst tio minuter. Tvätta händerna grundligt efter användning. Kontakta sjukvård om allvarlig hud- eller ögonirritation uppkommer.
- Om produkten används på fel sätt eller om överkänslighet mot natriumperkarbonat föreligger kan detta orsaka hudirritation.
- Endast avsedd för utvärtes bruk på fötter.
- Kan orsaka hala fötter/golv. Torka fötterna med ren handduk efter behandling.
- Använd ej om burken är skadad eller om plomberingen saknas på en ny burk. För säker öppning av locket, dra av plomberingen i pilens riktning.

Diabetiker: Rådfråga din vårdgivare före användning. Kontrollera fötterna före behandling; använd inte på öppna sår eller vid infektioner. Kontrollera huden regelbundet vid användning. Rodnad eller irritation kan uppstå utan att kännas p.g.a. nedsatt känsel. Avbryt behandlingen om symtomen förvärras. Torka fötterna noggrant efter användning, särskilt mellan tårna för att undvika hudskador. Applicera vid behov återfuktande kräm efter behandlingen, men undvik mellan tårna för att minska risken för hudskador.
