How long is the delivery time?
For orders placed on a business weekday before 12 PM, we typically ship the same day. For orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends or public holidays, we ship the next business day. Most orders are delivered the day after pickup from our store.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders over 400 kronor qualify for free delivery to pickup points. All other delivery methods and orders under 400 kronor will be charged a 69 kronor delivery fee.
How do I make a return?
We offer free returns on all orders. If you want to return one or more items, contact us via our contact form, email, or phone. You will receive a return label from us that you attach to the package. Drop the package off at any Postnord agent location.
