  1. Measure out 3 liters of lukewarm water (approximately 37°C) and pour it into a clean container.
  2. Add 15 ml (1 tablespoon) BIOpH+ Footcare.
  3. Immediately immerse your feet and let them soak for about 20 minutes.
  4. Dry your feet with a clean towel.

Repeat daily for 7 days, then every other day for another 2 weeks to maintain and improve the health of your feet. You will notice the beneficial effect from the first use, which lasts for approximately 20 minutes per treatment.
