  1. Measure out 3 liters of lukewarm water (approximately 38 °C) and pour into a clean vessel.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of BIOpH+ Footcare and place feet directly into the bath.
  3. Soak your feet for about 20 minutes and then dry them with clean towel.

For treatment of Athlete´s foot, cracked heels and calluses: repeat every day for seven days. Then every other day for another two weeks. To maintain and/or improve foot health, do a foot bath a couple of times a week.

Recommendations for improved foot health: BIOpH+ Footcare deep cleanses, softens calluses and reduces odour. The exfoliating effect of the product replaces the need for a foot file. Use when needed. Complement with foot cream.

The effect of the foot bath starts when the granules come into contact with water, which makes it important to place your feet in the bath immediately after the granulate has been added.
