Order and delivery
Order confirmation
After the order has been received, an order confirmation is sent to the specified e-mail address. Check that the order confirmation matches your order. In the event that it is not correct or if you want to change your order, contact customer service via e-mail, chat or phone.
Countries for delivery
We currently deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Shipping for private customers
Free shipping within Sweden for private individuals who order over SEK 400 per order. Orders under SEK 400 are charged SEK 69 for shipping costs.
Orders are sent with Postnord, DHL or Schenker. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days. You can track your delivery using the tracking number in the delivery confirmation.
ATTENTION! When you order an item, you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery information has been provided and that you can identify yourself to pick up the package. After the order has been received, it is possible to change the delivery address or the name of the package. Since notification is via SMS, it is important that you enter a mobile number that can receive SMS.
When you have received your delivery, we recommend that you check that everything is complete and that nothing is missing. If something is broken or missing - contact us immediately at kontakt@biocool.se and we will help you further.
Shipping for business customers
Free shipping within Sweden for private individuals who order over SEK 1,500 ex VAT per order. Orders below SEK 1,500 are charged according to the current price list.
Orders are sent with Postnord, DHL or Schenker. Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days. You can track your delivery using the tracking number in the delivery confirmation.
For direct delivery, the recipient is responsible for having someone on site to receive the delivery.
Untriggered goods
For ordered shipments that have not been picked up at an agent, we reserve the right to charge all costs incurred in connection with the return. This cost is SEK 179 including VAT and is charged automatically with the payment method used at the time of purchase.
The fee corresponds to the costs of shipping, return shipping and handling.
If you changed your mind when the package has been sent from us, you must collect the package and contact us to make a return.
If the package is not collected, it is automatically registered as not collected and charged accordingly.
Delivery time
Delivery time for products in stock is normally 1-2 days. Orders placed before 12 noon (weekdays) are normally shipped the same day.
Delay in delivery
Although we do our best to deliver what has been ordered in the promised time, mistakes can happen. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will contact you about the reason for the delay and inform you of a new delivery time. You then have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the delivery time was of essential importance. This also applies to special orders.

By ordering goods from BIOpH (Biocool AB) at www.biophplus.se, you accept the general conditions.
The agreement is drawn up at the same time as your order is accepted.
By law, you must be over 18 years of age to place an order at www.biocool.se.
We provide the following payment methods: Klarna Checkout (Swish, invoice, partial payment, Klarna Direkt and card payment).
Klarna meets the requirements for PCI DSS. ( Klarna ) And here you will find the purchase conditions for Klarna's various payment methods ( Klarna's purchase conditions ).
If you order as a private person, you will receive an invoice and receipt from Klarna. Companies receive their invoice by e-mail from Biocool AB to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. The invoice is linked to the personal or organization number used at the time of ordering.
All pages where you as a customer provide personal information when purchasing are so-called secure pages (encrypted transmission). The card payment takes place over a secure connection with an SSL certificate issued by Rapid SSL ( www.rapidssl.com ).
Sales and offers
SALE valid while stocks last. Offers without a clear end date are valid while stocks last. We reserve the right for any price errors that may occur.

All prices on www.biocool.se are stated in SEK, you can choose whether you want to show the prices including or excluding VAT.
Returns and complaints
Right of withdrawal and return
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the item or items you buy from us. As a private customer, you have 14 days right of cancellation from the time you receive your order. To use the right of withdrawal, you must contact us by e-mail or telephone and return to us within 14 days. The 14 days are counted from when you receive the order until you send and return the order.
Please note that the product(s) must be returned in unopened packaging in order for you to exercise the right of withdrawal.
All purchases at BIOpH are subject to free returns. Contact us to get a return slip.

In order to handle your case, we ask you to »Mail Customer Service and provide the following information when exercising the right of withdrawal:
- Order number
- Article number of the products you want to return
- Reason for return
Reimbursement takes place in the same way as the original payment, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and must take place without undue delay.

In the event of a complaint, any shipping costs must be reimbursed within 14 days from the day the company receives the complained of item. Return of goods and reimbursement must take place without undue delay. In the event of an approved complaint, Biocool AB is responsible for all costs including all shipping. Reimbursement must be made without undue delay.
Reservations
We reserve the right for typographical and image errors on the website as well as final sales, and if an item has been discontinued, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase or that Biocool can offer an equivalent item. In that case, we do this in agreement with you as a customer. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect prices, errors in product description, and incorrect information regarding stock levels. Biocool AB reserves the right to change, correct or update the information on the website at any time. Email address and phone number
The reason we require these from you is so that you can receive an order confirmation and that we need your mobile number to send an SMS notification. In addition, you receive newsletters from BIOpH via e-mail, but this can be removed, partly by unchecking the box on My pages after you have made your first purchase and/or if you would like to end the newsletter in connection with an e-mail. You can also call or email us and we can remove you from the newsletter list.
Force majeure
Biocool AB is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations according to this agreement, if the failure is based on an exculpatory circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. As an exculpatory circumstance shall be considered i.a. government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute, this is resolved by either the Allmänna reklamentationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR). In the event of a dispute, Biocool will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
